Compare how work flows

Two execution cohorts, one activity layout. Explore routes, elapsed times and the cases behind them.

Comparison

Red: a larger share of cases on the comparison side; blue: a smaller share. Dashed connections have zero observations on that side. Color describes change, not whether it is desirable. Edge elapsed time is not a measurement of waiting or execution time.

Observed variants

Exact activity sequences, including repetition. Shares use all eligible cases; completed and incomplete sequences remain distinct.

Completed-case elapsed times

Boxplots summarize completed-case elapsed minutes. Both groups share the same axes; summaries above show sample counts, medians and p95.

Compare individual executions

Event points align to case start on the same time range. No activity duration is invented from adjacent timestamps.

Data and interpretation

Deterministic local RDF fixture: 4 cases in cohort A (one incomplete), 3 completed cases in B. Cohorts differ in size and route mix. This example makes no causal improvement claim. Case durations include completed cases only; connection shares use all cases. Tied timestamps use explicit order then event ID.
