Recovery vitals. Heart-rate variability (RMSSD, in ms) is the headline recovery signal; resting heart rate, oxygen saturation and respiratory rate frame it. Colour encodes the recording device.
Daily step totals, active-calorie samples and recorded workout sessions. Walking, running, biking, HIIT and strength sessions are all present; none carry a GPS track.
Sleep-stage observations per night. Each cell marks a stage recorded on a given day; the table lists the most recent stage intervals.
Body-measurement records: weight and body-fat from the Feelfit scale, basal metabolic rate and VO₂max. Colour encodes the source device.
Daily rollups from the private mirror. These charts stay single-source so link traversal can load only the metric files needed for each view: recovery from vitals, movement from activity, and sleep duration from sleep sessions.

(hc:packageName). The arc shows the share of recent
heart-rate observations per recording device; the tables show vitals
coverage and the raw hydration feed.
